Default Ideas about ice cream, guinness and whiskey documentaries - on audio book

Found some rather interesting documentaries on audio book format I've
just bought by foodie dad for Christmas.
There's Ideas about Guiness
"The black brew with the thick creamy top was created by Aruthur
Guinness in 1759. A documetary on cassette"

Do they cover "strong back"? I have often wondered how the heck that
originated. (Or, in general, how Guinness managed to entrench its
reputation as a health drink. My earliest memory of the stuff is of
my father at home c. 1957 recovering after an operation, drinking it
because he'd been told it was good for him - he hardly drank any beer
at other times and was not particularly gullible).
