Dunno, tea was sold as Late 70's Lang Cang Silver Tip semi-cooked tuo cha.
Its about 100gms, full label is at

You sure it ain't Liu Bao, the black tea? It looks as if the pinyin
spelling you have there would be a Taiwan or Hong Hong
transliteration.

Liu Bao is a black tea from Guangxi.
