:-) Groovy. I guess I am confused. Because were I live in Canada,
they sell it as tea in the supermarket and the health food stores??? I
do see your point, just not understanding why I can buy it, and it
says peppermint tea on the box??

I live in Canada and yes, tea is sold bnext/b to peppermint "tea"
in the same aisle, shelf, or section (as with most places in N.
America). However the distinction is made, and peppermint "tea" (a
tisane) is definitely not sold bas/b tea (made from Camellia
sinensis leaves).
