Whats the difference between "regular" yunnan/yunnan goldtips and "Jin-

Does anyone know when these will be arriving at the vendors AND does
anyone have a good recommendation?
I had some 2006 Yunnan Premium Jin-Si from Houde last year, which
although not as flavourful as 2005, was very much to my liking and
although I am aware that some greens are now making way to market, I
wondered when the Spring harvest goes for Yunnan Golden.......?
Thanks again, all, for your generous help!

It means "Golden Thread". It is also an area in China that seems to
get a good amount of rain; although I really don't know if that
applies to this tea.
This particular tea is considered the "best" of the Yunnan blacks with
nearly all gold tips.
Houde just posted a small amount of his web site for this Spring 07
crop.I am anxious to compare it to the previous year's crop, as I find
this rich, but delicate, malty tea so enjoyable - especially since we
are still getting cool mornings here in California.
