Default Garbage Disposal

We used to have a Viking 1 hp that was awesome -- took chicken bones, crab
shells, you name it. Of course, it's almost $500. Now that we're on septic,
we got an InSinkErator septic disposer, which injects natural microorganisms
into the grind chamber every time the disposer is activated. Even the
skeptical seen-it-all septic tank pumping guy had to admit it worked really
well!

Hi All,

What is the general consensus (he asked, optimistically) on which are

the
best garbage disposals on the market?

Thanks for your time and advice!

I got a 3/4 HP Bone Crusher disposal by Sinkmaster about 7 years ago and

it
has worked flawlessly.
