Have you fired yours up yet? I think I may get one before Thanksgiving
and try
out a turkey on it. I'm just not really sure of the size. It seems like
the
big one is just a tad small. I wish they came bigger...

We fired it up last week... husband did a steak on it. Came out too rare
for his taste (he prefers medium rare), but came out rare which suited me
just fine! Tonight we're going to try burgers on it.

Did you speak with Brad or Brenda at Chim-Chimney? Brad is planning on
doing a demonstration at the beginning of November about doing a turkey on
the BGE.

P.S. - oh yeah the price tag g I was surprised the largest one was so
much more expensive than the medium. It didn't seem to be that much bigger,
but we bought the large one anyway. Checked prices on the 'net' when we got
back to the house after our purchase... Chim-Chimney came out about $1
cheaper than mail order from the least expensive source I could find....
even including delivery, TX sales tax, and assembly. No personal financial
interest in Chim-Chimney!
