I have a 3 or 4 year old Grill Dome. The ceramics seem a tad thicker than
the Egg, but I have not measured either.I have the 18 1/2 " grill with an
upper grill(you can get that at Chim Chimny) . I have done 4 racks of
spareribs at once and if I had used a rib rack it would have held more.
