Emerilware is one of the All-Clad lines. All reviews I've read say it
performs better than most (heats evenly ect) and is 1/2 the price of the
All-Clad stainless.

I beleive the reviews I have read say that it is manufactured oversees to
less exacting standards than the main All-Clad lines.

I have one piece of Emerilware - I wasn't willing to pay All Clad prices
for something that would only be used occasionally. It's not All Clad
quality - it has a disc bottom, so there's a lot of sticking on the
sides. But it compares favorably to competitors in the same price
range, like Cuisinart, Kitchen Aid, etc. It's very well made and
sturdy.
