What is the best nonstick surface available. There is so many and the
ll claim to be the best.

I've been very happy with QVC's "cook's essentials" pans. I sometimes
use metal utensils in my pans (some things just need a fork) and they're
still in good shape. My All Clad nonstick hasn't been nearly as
durable. (However, the cook's essentials pans seem to change
periodically - I don't know if the pans I have are still being sold,
they seem to sell a variety of types under the same name.)

Did you complain to the All-Clad people? So far I haven't had any trouble,
but you never know. Supposedly a lifetime warranty on All-Clad.
