No, non stick coatings don't "leak" into food. The ones I use myself,
though, are Berndes Signocast. I like them because they are non stick
inside and outside and the design provides for even cooking with a
relatively light weight for the performance. I've been using them for about
6 years now and have no reason to switch. Take care.
