I find a second oven to be almost indispensable, especially during the
holidays or at dinner parties. Most of the time I use the second for
holding food at temperature, keeping plates warm, etc. I know, a warming
drawer can do these things, but not as well - though you can control the
humidity. Like someone else said, if you find yourself wishing you had one
often, by all means get one... You won't regret it. I have a large gas
oven in my Wolf range and an electric one with convection in the wall with a
microwave over. Love it.
