Theres a joint on E. Colfax called Jimbos or Bobs a few blocks east of
Monaco on the north side of the street. Its in the building that used
to be the Hangar bar I think. Its been open about a year now.

The sign has a pig in an apron and the tag line is "Put some south in
your mouth."

I've never eaten there, but a friend has. He says its authentic bbq
and that its good, but I can vouch for his review or idea of what real
bbq is. I drive past there everyday on my way to work and always
wonder why I havent stopped in yet.
