make sauteed pork chops with spinach.

Opened up the package, I have NEVER seen pork chops like these.
I swear, they must be like 10 by 6 inches. ENORmous.

Well, I
made two of them, the remaining three I have formed into a fako
pork roast. That's how big they are.
