Adding a bit of fat (butter or olive oil) at the begging helps.
That is a good suggestion because I use olive oil with pasta.
Also, instead of stirring it, I use a fork to rake it.
Stirring promotes clumps.
I haven't been stirring it, but I was wondering if stirring would
help. Obviously not.
