Default Looking for circular baking pan with rotating blade flush against bottom (to sweep and detach)

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has seen this in the US. My dad has a circular
backing pan that has a movable blade riveted in the center and runs
flush against the pan bottom to the edge of the pan and then up along
the side and pointing out. This allows one to, once baking is done,
hold the outer end of this blade and sweep it around pan (sort of like
a compas) and the blade separates the bottom of what you have baked
from the bottom of the pan. Incredibly useful - no more wedging
spatulas....

My mom has one of those (she's in the US, as am I). I'll ask her
where she got it and/or what the brand is next time I talk with her.
