Not even fattening? Everything you listed has fat in it.
Fat doesn't make me fat. Simple carbs do. I think everyone is different. I
went on a high-carb, low fat, low protein diet when I was much younger, and
put on pounds despite lots of aerobic and other exercise. Cutting back on
the carbs gets me dramatic results in days, literally. Carb-wise, the only
no-no in the meal above is the bbq sauce as it is loaded with sugar. But I
only used a tiny bit.
