It's in separate packages. Here's what I measured (for 2lbs meat):
1/2 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
4 teaspoons cumin/oregano
1 1/2 tablespoon dried onion/garlic flakes
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
