My son makes GREAT lettuce wraps - they are simple and good!

1st - grill chicken breasts (they HAVE to be grilled) on the
Webber and slice them to serve.

2nd - you MUST use Butter (or that type) lettuce to wrap.


Serve them with these garnishes:

*Chopped peanuts (a crucial must have, in his opinion)

*Shredded carrot

*bean sprouts

*diced cucumber (marinated in white vinegar and black sesame
seeds)

BOTTLED Thai Peanut Sauce
(found with the refrigerated salad dressings)
