The only two that I can remember are Hormel and Smithfield. I find both
to be acceptable.


If you're in the Seattle area, you can score *great* corned beef at
Market House Meats--but I'd not recommend buying there just before St.
Paddy's. That's because the line to buy goes around the block.
(also the source of the best pastrami around)
