Sweet Potato Pie

1 cup of cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
12 ounces of evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 ready to bake 9" pie shells.

Heat oven to 350 F. In a large mixing bowl, add mashed sweet potatoes,
eggs, evaporated milk, spics and salt, mixing well until everything is
combined and the mixture is smooth. Add to pie shells and bake until firm,
about 40-45 minutes. Cool, slice and serve with garnishes of choice.
