Rather than rely on the themometer in the front of the hood of my Grand
Turbo, I'd like to use a remote thermometer. The hood on the GT doesn't have
a window so I can't use the cheap gauge of stick variety.
I need an SI scale since I'm in Australia and only understand the
temperature measured in Kelvin or Celsius.
