if you have a kamado and it has fell apart and you have not been able to
make use of your warranty please feel free to contact with your story.
Quite a professional-looking site you got there. Your next step should
probably be to retain the services of an attorney specializing in
defending people against libel suits.
What on his site is a libel issue??
Gee, Kent, let me help you out here with a few hints:
"crook"
"steal"
"con"
"grift"
"deceit and lies"
"THE JOHNSON FAMILY GROUP OF THIEVES"
any more of that free legal advice, you care to pass out, sure would be
appreciated.
Libel, might as well add slander as well, because if you were with in
earshot, I would say the same thing.
when you don't honor your warranty, and have no policy to repair such
manufacture defects, and make no attempt to correct the issues I have,
then it is not a honest business. stealing and thievery have many
different forms. this is just another one, perfected by another group.
oh, and sorry if I top posted.
IANAL, but the definition of libel requires that the statements be
provably false. Being a happy K owner myself, I don't share the
sentiment, but I can see how it would be an unpleasant lawsuit if they
chose to litigate.
