Default Smokin Butts

Big doin's this weekend in the NE GA Mtns. I'm doing the heavy lifting for a
cousin's wedding rehearsal dinner on Friday night. At last count the plan is
for ~68 mouths to feed. The menu is fairly traditional southern BBQ fair.
There are several Aunts and Cousins that will be participating in the cook
with other family fav's but I'm on tap for the following specialties, so the
New Braunfels Upright, the Weber Silver B and the Oven will all see heavy
use starting Thursday:

Pulled Pork (7 butts)
Smoked Turkey (3 breasts)
4 varieties of homemade sauce for those that feel the need
Roasted Corn on the Cob
Turtle Cheescake(s)
Fresh Watermelon out of my garden.
