MOST of us lived in some variation of that theme back in the day. Mom
had an avocado fridge, avocado shag carpet (back when shag wasn't an
Austin Powers-ism), and her kitchen had orange curtains.

Those were good days with bad decor :-)

LOL! My mom had the "coppertone" appliances in a pumpkin (read orange)
colored kitchen. I think there were avocado throw rugs in there, too.
Horrifying decor by today's standards, but they were very good days.
