Possible. It may have turned away from the point of the arc and is not
sparking. Look to see if it is.

Since you do not smell gas, it is possible that the OPD valve got jostled in
transit if the tank was laid down. That would block the gas flow if it
stuck. Did you try the spare tank?


Do the easy thing -- if the ignitor is questionable, try using a long
match (or a match held with a long pair of pliers).. Although, you should
hear gas if there is any coming out of the valve...
