Lamb fries are on the menu at Cattlemen's Steakhouse in Forth Worth

But looking at the difference/sameness of names for different foods,
over here, Lambs Fry is a dish we cook that uses the lambs liver.

Usually cooked up with bacon and onions and in a gravy. Some people (and
there's no accounting for tastes anywhere!!) have it for breakfast.
