I like it fine if it's coated and fried. :-) But, then, that's true
for most fish. A new catfish restaurant opened quite near us and their
fried catfish is the best I've had outside of a Southern fish camp.

As I've said before about catfish -- I can't get past the whiskers --
tee hee.

In the fish camps they serve small channel cats where a serving might be
3-4 fish. They're small and kinda cute, actually. The restaurant near us
serves perfect filets, from bigger fish certainly, but one never sees the
whole fish.
