Hey, we have a King Cobra here in the USA, too!

This is the 8%
bottle-conditioned lager (sister to Cobra) which starts its life in
Poland and gets trucked to Rodenbach in Belgium, where it's
re-fermented and bottled in typical Belgian-style corked champagne
bottles, presumably by Palm.
Hmmm... sounds like it's a different recipe, tho'. g
Hey, with all that transportation, maybe the brewer(s) should look for a
good law firm along the route. The parent company in the US is kinda
lawsuit happy when it comes to beers with the same name. (Just ask the
brewers Dubuisson which makes Bush beer (aka Scaldis in the US). And
then there's another one...some place in the Czech Republic...)
Interesting - looks like they didn't do any research before naming it.
I know about the AB/Dubuisson scandal. I'd give you my opinion about
AB here, but it's bad form, swearing on newsgroups!
