Default The 'No-Knead' Technique

Yeah it should be in steps, Knead, Rest, Knead, Rest...Gluten's can't
be completely formed in one shot...You could do it the easy way, and
buy a stand mixer with a dough hook, or bread machine =).......but
beating up a lump of dough is fun at times.........lol
