Default Aronia berry

Sean

I've heard of Aronia wine being made in Eastern Europe, IIRC. Aronia is
noted for its high tannins, hence the name "chokeberry". I planted a
handful of the bushes last year and plan to experiment with using the
berries to supplement the deficient tannins of my FA Hybrids. I may try
some store bought juice on a few gallons just to get an idea. I already
add 3%-5% fresh blackberries to the field blended red I make, and find
it is an effect I like.
