Making Natural Sourdough Bread from Scratch

If you've always wanted to know how to make real sourdough bread at home,
then you should check out this new page. Save money, enjoy the best bread
in town -- made right in your own kitchen. Develop more of your own basic
skills. Maybe you will even go on to develop your skills to become a
commercial baker, specializing in sourdough breads. Stranger things have
happened.

Making sourdough bread is not rocket science. But it does take some real
knowledge, a little skill, and attention to details. The rest comes with
time. Online instructions tell you how it's done and take you quickly
through to your first loaves.

Interesting site. If I read the bread recipe correctly all the
moisture comes from the starter. Is that correct?
