Just a quick thank you to everyone who replied.
I'm looking through the ideas, but at the moment my favourite one is a summer-
vegetable tart (not sure what the views of the panel would be on ready-made
pastry, so if they don't mind it will be puff pastry, if they do it's down to
homemade shortcrust :-) in a light cheese sauce.
