Default Chocolate & the Korean War

My father served in Korea and was recently telling me this story.

He said outside of his camp (as well as other camps) was a small store along
the road that sold small food supplies and what he especially remembers was
the chocolate. He says it was the best chocolate he had ever eaten.

He couldn't remember the name of the chocolate, but thinks the store were
ran by perhaps the Dutch?

Does any other Korean Vets have a recollection? Who ran the strores? What
kind of chocolate was sold?

My father was in 65th Engineer Combat Battalion, 25th Infantry.

Thanks for any info.
