Honey has been know to last decades with just being in a jar.

Add some to bbq sauce if you like it on the sweeter side. Make a glaze of
honey and mustard and paint it on ribs just before taking them off the
smoker.

Toasted rye bread, butter, drizzled with honey and a cup of tea. Great meal.
