Last night I went home and looked at the recipe. It only called for
1/2 cup of Bisquick and I thought I could spare that much for an
experiment. I made the Impossible Buttermilk Pie recipe and it seems
to have come out just fine. Or at least, I'm satisified with the
result. Thanks for all the help!
