I did a batch with 4-4 1/2 lbs bananas, 15oz raisins, 2.25lbs white
sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1.25 gal water, 1.25 tsp acid blend, 1/2
tsp pectin enzyme. and 1/16 tsp potmeta. I and all who tasted this wine
really liked it.
