Well Uptons (as per Blueseas comment) but I think also Specialteas does this
and I base it on the fact that on their new website they are out of some
sizes of tea but not other sizes of the same tea, and the only thing I can
think of to account for that (being that the sizes they are out of are not
all just the biggest ones) is that they prebag their tea.

I am glad for it too, but it was different then the image I had in my
mind...yes I had the image of a salesperson who, when my order came in, went
to a bin with a scoop and filled the bags and then heat sealed them...yes
laugh at me if you will, go ahead, laugh...::grin::

(Well that's the way they do it at my local tea shops...so that's the
picture I had, lol)
