Surely a truly wine soaked individual won't burn all that well,
whereas someone like me who as well as wine likes cask strength whisky
is much more likely to be fire-lighter material!

As for my sole, I'd hope it would be lightly poached in a good
court-bouillon and served with something appropriate.
