Sasha, you are so damned critical. First, I think the dove heads are much
cuter than the eagles with their tongues sticking out. Second, I think the
arms growing out of its -- shouldn't we say "their"? -- ass is a nice touch.
Besides, isn't that St. George slaying a dragon on the "real thing"? Isn't
SG English? Honestly, Sasha, sometimes I wonder. The American eagle can
beat the crap out of your eagle any time. Besides, why are we arguing about
a bird that's essentially a thief, stealing other birds' hard won dinners
and hanging out at garbage dumps? Then, perhaps it is the perfect symbol
for our revered nations, eh?

I had a good laugh looking at their official seal (trade mark)- a two headed
Prussian /Russian eagle with dove heads instead of eagle's, with two broken
arms growing out of its ass (instead of legs) holding wrongly drawn Imperial
symbols.
If this is the symbol for their taste for teas - I am not buying.
