Lets see now Belching Chicken with grilled raccoon. Now that just sends all
kinds of meaningful images. Bit better than scrawny chipmunks or grey
squirrels.

I gather Dick likes Zin with just about everything! I'll have to try some. I
think I had a glass once several years ago. Have you tried a Zin merlot? I
have seen it, but have not tried it. It is a funny colour. I asked a wine
shop keeper about it and I was told it was great after cutting the lawn in
mid August. It hits you faster than beer. What a recommendation.

You could pair chipmunk or squirrel with my new Zin bottling named
"Belching Chicken". It also pairs well with roadkill. The name is only
partly a joke, I really am going to bottle my 2004 zin with that name
and an appropriate picture- so no one steal it or I'll sue!

Hey Kenneth,
And here I thought chickens just clucked. I can imagine a Zin would
go very well with "grilled" Raccoon. Sounds like your wine label might
rival the Rex Goliath 47lb. Rooster. Please keep us posted. :-)
