taste discrimination peaks at around 11.00AM. I wish I found myself every
Sunday morning at a brewery - no better time for trying its products.

Actually, I was trying to communicate that the place was literally closed on
Sunday morning. A shame.

Perhaps you're right about taste discrimination peaking at 11:00 AM. Hadn't
thought of that before, but it's borne out by the fact that I drink pretty
exotic and wonderful teas in the morning. I am just unused to having alcohol
that early in the day.
