wife called it "Spinach Salad Dressing". At any rate, I highly recommend
it and you will probably have the ingredients on hand. We used safflower
oil and red wine vinegar. The salad was baby spinach, onions, mushrooms
and tomatoes. Enjoy.

Opps, I should have said that the salad was baby spinach, sliced hard
boiled eggs, crisp fresh crumbled bacon and water chestnuts. I ACTUALLY
tasted the dressing before my wonderful wife made the salad. I have no
complaints about either.....Honest....
