Beef/fish aren't something that one would automatically pair
with Grand Mariner... what made you think of those combos?
I had them in my freezer.
The Grand Marnier didn't really affect the cod I baked.
Try Grand Marnier with fowl, fruit sauce &/or jam, in a
mixed drink or to flavor chocolate truffles.

I may break down and just make a LOT of fruitcakes.
I also have 2 bottles of Myer's Rum I have to do something with but I think
rum tastes awful in food. I'd trade em both for a bottle of sherry.
