I believe the euphemism in the brewing industry for those who drink malt
liquors is "ethnic market".

They call it the "urban market," but yeah, it's a euphemism. Speaking as a
guy who writes about beer, it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get mainstream brewers
to talk about their malt liquors. They just do not want to see anything
about them in print.
