No Band-aids for me, but plenty of scars! Well, four burns--all of which
are on my arms--but my poor Asian skin scars so easily. It's going to take
months for them to clear up, if they do at all.

Ginger grating is tomorrow--I'm sure I will escape the pains of the
microplane (especially since I don't have one :-)). I have two ginger
graters from Japan but I can't find either of them. Bummer.
