Is this company particularly well know for bad customer service? It seems
to be from reading the posts.
I've been thinking about ordering a K., butspending a lot of money with a
company that has a bad rap for service AND is in the middle of a move give
me a little pause.
Talk about opening a can of worms.
I would think now is not a good time to order a K. I'd wait until the
dust settles.
