Hi,,
You may not have to add sugar at all.... Taste the wine to see if it is to
your pallet. If it is too dry, add a little granulated sugar ( depending on
how much wine you are making. For a demijohn (4.5 litres) try adding 2 table
spoons at a time, then try the wine. You can always add more sugar later but
if you put too much in you cannot "un-sweeten".
