Default Cooks Illustrated Magaine and Online subscriptions

If you do, I'm wondering if in the magazines there is an overly amount of
emphasis on beef, chicken, pork. I am not adverse meat and eat it
occasionally, but my cooking interests lie elsewhere.


I have subscribed (or tried to) for several years now. Top notch
content. A lot of meat, but good coverage of other stuff as well. The
worst costumer service with subscriptions I have ever seen. I have said
three times that I was fed up with the service, but I keep going back
cause I like the magazine so much.
