No. F'rinstance, yesterday I turned 4 oz of 4%-fat ground
beef, a teaspoon of chorizo seasoning, a chopped slice of
onion, an ounce of cheese, and a whole-wheat tortilla into
one of the best burritos I've ever eaten.

The day before, I turned a handful of langostinos,
a chopped slice of onion, a little EVOO, a spoonful of
Lee Kum Kee chili garlic sauce, a handful of mixed baby

a 5-star lunch in about 10 minutes.
