It's not illegal to ship beer within the U.S. It is illegal to do so via the
U.S. Postal Service. Shipping companies like UPS and FedEx can do so at
their discretion.

Some individual states may bar shipment of alcoholic beverages, but there
are no federal regulations I'm aware of prohibiting the practice, as long as
you stay clear of the USPS.
